AgentsMetrics (also known as Agent Metrics) is a real estate brokerage intelligence platform operated by Agents Metrics L.L.C. We help brokerages recruit agents, monitor competitor brokerages, detect agent movement signals, and prioritize outreach using data from more than 150,000 licensee profiles.
What we build
AgentsMetrics is a B2B software-as-a-service product for real estate brokerages and recruiting teams. Brokerage managers use it to search and compare agent profiles, track production signals such as sales volume, transaction counts, and listings taken, and see how agents move between brokerages over time.
On top of that data, AgentsMetrics adds AI-assisted recruiting: scoring and prioritization that focuses recruiter outreach on high-intent agents, competitive reports on rival brokerages covering retention, hiring, and turnover, and exports for CRM and outreach workflows.
Who it is for
AgentsMetrics is built for broker-owners and managers, recruiting directors and team leads, and regional franchise operators evaluating market share and talent pipelines. It is designed for recruiting professionals rather than data analysts, so insights are surfaced in plain language.
Where we operate
AgentsMetrics publishes public recruiting intelligence pages for U.S. markets, starting with New York State and its counties, including the New York City boroughs, Long Island, and Western New York. Coverage expands as new markets are added.
